What you will do

• Identify and qualify federal opportunities across agencies like HHS, NIH, CDC, and BARDA.
• Lead capture strategy, proposal development, and win themes for government contracts and grants.
• Oversee the delivery of complex healthcare and life sciences programs to ensure scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Advise private-sector clients on navigating the federal funding landscape and market entry.
• Build and maintain relationships with government contracting officers and industry stakeholders.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to improve business development and program delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in government consulting or federal health contracting.
• 5+ years of experience leading federal business development, capture, and proposal efforts.
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement mechanisms (FAR, HHSAR, HIPAA, OTAs).
• Proven success managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PhD).
• Existing network of relationships across federal health agencies.
• Experience in biomedical R&D, clinical operations, or digital health.
