Salary: $83,000–$139,000 annually

What you will do

• Support the full lifecycle development of complex federal proposals from pre-proposal to submittal.
• Develop winning strategies and translate capture objectives into high-quality, compliant content across all volumes.
• Lead and coordinate color reviews, providing actionable feedback to authors and SMEs.
• Own compliance and on-time submission by managing activities against strict RFP schedules.
• Coach contributors in persuasive writing and proposal best practices.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions effectively to senior leadership and capture teams.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required (U.S. Person status).
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• 3–5 years of experience managing and developing complex federal proposals.
• Demonstrated experience leading major sections of proposal volumes for large/enterprise opportunities.
• Proficiency in proposal management artifacts including schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Herndon, VA 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Formal proposal training or certifications such as Shipley or APMP.
• Experience with geospatial services, cybersecurity, or cloud domains.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows.
• Experience supporting IDIQs, GWACs, or BPAs.
