Salary: $70,000–$90,000 Annually

What you will do

• Maintain integrity of supplier data including segmentation and commodity classification.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and systemic issues.
• Query and consolidate data from multiple sources to support KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders on system enhancements and data migrations.
• Document data definitions, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Utilize and support the advancement of AI tools for supply chain applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or data analytics.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain operations or data management.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or SQL.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in East Aurora, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or SAP IBP.
• Experience with Kinaxis.
• Background in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
