What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value retail and CPG strategic enterprise accounts.
- Lead C-suite engagements and complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with CIO/CTO/CDO/CMO/CFO stakeholders.
- Drive solution differentiation with solutions consultants and coordinate technical collaboration.
- Partner with value engineering to focus on customer outcomes and execute cross-sell and up-sell campaigns.
- Orchestrate the enterprise sales process using MEDDPICC, managing champions, EBs, influencers, and related stakeholders.
- Close multi-year, multi-solution platform agreements and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Requirements
- Elite-level enterprise sales experience with a track record in complex, high-stakes strategic accounts.
- Proven success closing foundational net-new deals with 7-figure ACV and multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts.
- Enterprise SaaS sales experience with demonstrated annual quota achievement; commerce background or mission-critical applications software experience preferred.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and board-level decision making.
- Ability to design and execute large-scale transformation deals with a strategic mindset.
- Genuine curiosity for using AI tools to work smarter and willingness to learn and apply them in the role.
