What you will do
- Communicate with consumers, clients, and third parties via phone, email, and letter.
- Handle legal and regulatory inquiries, including data protection requests and court files.
- Process case files and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Route client inquiries to appropriate internal contacts.
- Collect and provide feedback to improve internal technology and service processes.
- Contribute to the development of team structures and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Business-level fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Hands-on experience in B2C customer service, preferably in receivables management.
- Solid MS Office skills and interest in new technologies, including AI.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
