Customer Excellence Agent (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; onsite in the Stockholm office every weekday. Shifts run from 08:00 to 16:30.

What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries in writing and over the phone.
• Assess individual customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver consistently high-quality customer service.
• Share feedback and ideas to improve products and processes.
• Help the team achieve service-level and efficiency goals.
• Contribute to building and improving a Nordic digital banking product.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Strong written and verbal Swedish and English communication skills.
• Ability to maintain an overview in a changing environment.
• Comfort with giving and receiving feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite in the Stockholm office every weekday.
