What you will do

• Act as the primary functional translator between the corporate Finance team and Product/Tech departments.
• Perform hands-on functional configurations within the Infor M3 Finance module, including accounting rules and financial ledgers.
• Collaborate with internal technical resources and external consultants to deploy financial dashboards and reporting.
• Ensure operational processes across supply chain and warehousing accurately trigger proper financial entries.
• Provide advanced functional support to finance power users for reconciliation and month-end closing challenges.
• Author detailed functional documentation and process maps for system upgrades and operational shifts.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Systems Analyst focused on enterprise ERP optimizations.
• Strong functional proficiency in Infor M3, specifically within core Finance modules.
• Proven ability to perform hands-on functional system changes and configure business logic without backend coding.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Demonstrated history of collaborating with third-party vendors and external consultants.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate technical concepts to finance experts and vice versa.
