Infor M3 Functional Finance Consultant (ERP)

What you will do

• Act as the functional interface between Finance and Product and Tech departments.
• Analyze financial processes and identify optimization opportunities in Infor M3.
• Configure accounting rules, parameter matrices, financial layouts, ledgers, payables, receivables, assets, and cost accounting functions.
• Define reporting and analytics specifications for dashboards and compliance reporting.
• Optimize integrations between Finance and Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Warehousing, and Supply Chain modules.
• Support finance power users with reconciliation, error resolution, closing activities, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, or advanced ERP power user.
• Strong functional proficiency in Infor M3 Finance modules, including hands-on configuration without backend code development.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Working knowledge of Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Warehousing data flows into financial reporting.
• Experience working with corporate accounting or finance teams and third-party vendors or external consultants.
• Strong analytical, communication, translation, and collaboration skills in an agile technology environment.
