What you will do

• Own and evolve the design system, including components, patterns, and accessibility standards.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to scale design standards and documentation for non-designers.
• Define and implement lightweight processes for discovery, critique, and handoff in a remote-first environment.
• Coach PMs and engineering leads on UX partnership, problem framing, and adoption of design standards.
• Execute high-impact hands-on design work in Figma for core workflows and features.
• Proactively identify experience gaps through research and user shadowing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating systems thinking.
• Proven track record of setting standards and enabling cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience building/evolving design systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted tooling to scale design standards.
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate ambiguity into clear direction.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Front-end engineering background or significant coding experience.
• Experience coaching PMs and engineers.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and ad tech.
