What you will do
- Identify and develop new institutional client relationships across European financial centers.
- Manage a portfolio of senior institutional accounts, acting as a trusted point of contact at the C-suite level.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and product education to commercial negotiation and onboarding.
- Articulate the value proposition regarding exchange infrastructure, liquidity, and regulatory standing under MiCA.
- Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure offerings meet institutional requirements.
- Represent the firm at senior industry events and forums across Europe.
Requirements
- 10–14+ years of institutional sales or business development experience within European financial services.
- Established network of relationships at Director, MD, and C-suite level across banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and fintechs.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder institutional transactions.
- Must be based in Europe with the ability to work within the Frankfurt-based entity.
- Deep understanding of European financial markets and the digital asset landscape.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling to regulated European exchanges or trading infrastructure providers.
- Existing relationships within crypto-native European institutions or family offices.
- Fluency in additional European languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
- Familiarity with MiCA’s CASP licensing framework.
