Chief Product Owner (Operations and Analytics)

Location: Remote (US). Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. New hires are required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding.

Salary: $143,200 – $196,900 (includes base pay and variable incentive pay).

What you will do

• Establish and operationalize comprehensive performance measurement for development teams.
• Automate project status tracking and reporting across multiple development streams.
• Align product operations metrics and dashboards across AI/ML, data science, and BI teams.
• Lead the customer analytics strategy, focusing on feature adoption, user productivity, and ROI.
• Act as the central orchestrator between business stakeholders and analytics teams to define requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of senior product ownership experience (or 14 years with a High School Diploma/GED).
• 5 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and product operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Analytics, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Strong executive communication and systems thinking skills.
