What you will do

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for the customer portal and login experience.
• Integrate AI for personalization, automation, and enhanced self-service within the customer journey.
• Conduct customer discovery with SMB users to identify friction and uncover unmet needs.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and data teams to build scalable and intuitive interfaces.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analytics, experimentation, and customer insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of product management experience focusing on customer experience or UX-led products.
• Proven experience owning core customer journeys such as login, onboarding, and dashboards.
• Background serving SMB customers in SaaS, eCommerce, or retail industries.
• Proficiency in data-driven prioritization using analytics and experimentation.
• Experience building AI-powered features or strong proficiency with AI tools.

Nice to have

• Background in UX/UI design or deep experience partnering with design teams.
• Experience modernizing authentication flows or customer portals.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and feature flag frameworks.
