What you will do

• Independently sell Analytics, Consumer Insights, and Innovation solutions to achieve financial and commercial targets.
• Drive proactive business development and collaborate with local Account Development teams for joint business planning.
• Scope projects in partnership with Solution, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure feasibility and profitability.
• Provide on-site and off-site consultancy to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client concerns.
• Manage the sales pipeline, provide weekly forecasting, and contribute to the preparation of sales plans and budgets.
• Promote the SA&I portfolio by presenting at conferences and internal/external events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Analytics and/or Consumer Insights (sales or consultant).
• Fluent speaking and writing skills in Polish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, behavioural sciences, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and logical skills for market and category analysis.
• Ability to autonomously manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent negotiation and influencing skills.
