What you will do

• Lead collaboration with regional leaders to track and accelerate Variable Contribution Margin improvements.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, analyzing variances and assessing risks.
• Oversee adherence to the Service Operating Model and facilitate tiered governance routines.
• Integrate EHS and compliance KPIs into regional scorecards and performance reviews.
• Develop standardized reporting packs and dashboards to ensure data transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide coaching on performance tools.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Proven experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or service operations in a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience engaging with remote or cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in workforce planning tools and scheduling systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the specified locations (no sponsorship provided).
