What you will do

• Define and execute divisional and global RevOps strategy aligned with growth ambitions.
• Establish global frameworks for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales processes.
• Partner with GMs and leadership to optimize go-to-market effectiveness and pricing strategies.
• Lead the development of advanced commercial analytics and KPIs to ensure performance transparency.
• Drive the adoption of AI technologies to improve sales and marketing efficiency.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional RevOps team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling global businesses in a matrix organization.
• Experience at the intersection of divisional and global shared services RevOps models.
• Strong ability to operate as both a strategist and an operator in a complex environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in London and participate in moderate international travel.
• Demonstrated success in shaping enterprise-wide commercial standards.
