TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (B2B Sales): Driving net new revenue and managing strategic enterprise clients for a leading culture and entertainment tech platform with an accent on consultative selling and deal execution. Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne)

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients within the assigned territory.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Own pipeline creation and deal cycle management using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies.
  • Drive New Logo growth and implement a land-and-expand motion for top-tier customers.
  • Identify, map, and multi-thread key stakeholders through creative outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is a must.
  • Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar sales methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne for a hybrid work arrangement.
