TL;DR

Salary: €55,000–€60,000 annual gross

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~10 Sales Administration professionals across multiple Italian sites.
  • Own the complete order-to-delivery process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, quotations, shipping documentation, and commercial records.
  • Act as the primary interface between Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to support customer satisfaction and efficient fulfillment.
  • Manage relationships with selected strategic customers and key accounts, including handling escalations and coordinating resolution of complex issues.
  • Oversee export activities, customs documentation, licensing requirements, and compliance with trade regulations and export controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes and developing KPIs for service levels, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, or Order Management.
  • Experience leading teams in a multinational manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent Italian and English.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP-based commercial processes (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation and international trade processes.
