Salary: €55,000–€60,000 annual gross

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~10 Sales Administration professionals across multiple Italian sites.
- Own the complete order-to-delivery process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, quotations, shipping documentation, and commercial records.
- Act as the primary interface between Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to support customer satisfaction and efficient fulfillment.
- Manage relationships with selected strategic customers and key accounts, including handling escalations and coordinating resolution of complex issues.
- Oversee export activities, customs documentation, licensing requirements, and compliance with trade regulations and export controls.
- Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes and developing KPIs for service levels, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, or Order Management.
- Experience leading teams in a multinational manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Strong knowledge of ERP-based commercial processes (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong understanding of export documentation and international trade processes.
