What you will do

• Plan and develop seasonal collections aligned with overall brand strategy.
• Drive the end-to-end product development process from initial concept to final delivery.
• Oversee buying, production, and quality control in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations with international suppliers on pricing, quality standards, and delivery terms.
• Analyze product performance, KPIs, and sales data to optimize assortment and growth.
• Manage timelines and critical paths to guarantee on-time product launches.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years experience in private label buying.
• Strong background in fast fashion or commercially driven fashion brands.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, materials, sourcing, and production processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
