What you will do

• Take ownership of end-to-end seasonal collection development from initial design through to final delivery.
• Translate market data, customer insights, and trends into commercially successful product ranges.
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to execute seasonal planning.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including buying, production processes, and quality control.
• Negotiate pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines with international suppliers.
• Analyze product performance to derive insights for future collection improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in private label buying or product development.
• Background in fast fashion or commercially driven fashion brands.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production processes.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Business fluency in English
