What you will do

• Underwrite renewals and mid-term adjustments within authority limits.
• Deliver responsive service to brokers via email, phone, and Acturis.
• Prioritize renewal activity to meet deadlines and maximize retention.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and internal technical teams.
• Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, UK.
• Previous insurance experience with sound underwriting or technical knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in broker interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Studying towards or willing to study for CII qualifications.
