• Analyze underwriting data to inform and refine placement strategies.
• Collaborate with actuarial and analytics teams to assess portfolio performance.
• Structure, negotiate, and place reinsurance programs while maintaining strong global market relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in reinsurance broking.
• Strong understanding of reinsurance structures.
• Advanced negotiation skills and established relationships with global reinsurers.
