What you will do

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide high-quality end-user support.
• Administer and maintain core IT systems including servers, SAN storage, and network infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise solutions such as Microsoft Exchange, Zabbix, Windows Server, and SCCM.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system changes, solutions, and processes.
• Contribute to IT infrastructure discussions and provide recommendations for operational enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in system administration.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and network configuration.
• Experience with Dell Storage, VMware vSphere, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English.
