TL;DR

Sr Mortgage Advisor: Managing mortgage loan portfolios and building member relationships with an accent on self-generating volume and community engagement. Focus on driving mortgage growth, providing expert financial solutions, and representing the institution in the Vancouver/Portland area.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Vancouver/Portland area (Washington/Oregon)

Salary: $54,800–$66,800 annually (plus performance-based incentives)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain mortgage sourcing relationships with agents, builders, and professionals.
  • Prospect and generate new mortgage business to drive organizational growth.
  • Provide expert mortgage solutions to members through in-person and broker-led interactions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for member concerns and mortgage product inquiries.
  • Participate in community events to educate the public on mortgage services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and organizational sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience with a proven track record of self-generating $12M+ annual volume.
  • Must comply with SAFE Act legislation and maintain active MLO registration.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication.
  • Ability to perform complex income analysis and math calculations.
  • Must be available for moderate travel within the region.
