Sr Mortgage Advisor - Vancouver/Portland (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Floating (Washington), United States; moderate travel required, including in-person work with members, brokers, and community organizations.

Salary: $45,032 annual base pay plus uncapped incentive compensation and a transition package during ramp-up.

What you will do

• Create mortgage solutions by understanding member needs and recommending appropriate loan products.
• Build and maintain relationships with members, brokers, agents, builders, and other mortgage professionals.
• Generate new mortgage relationships through prospecting and lead generation.
• Contribute to individual and team goals, referral generation, and member experience improvements.
• Represent hirify.global at community organizations and events to generate mortgage business and educate prospective members.
• Serve as an escalation point for member issues and concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or education experience.
• At least 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience and self-generated annual mortgage volume of $12 million or more.
• Annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator is required under SAFE Act legislation.
• Strong relationship management, problem resolution, customer service, sales, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
• Accurate mathematical skills, including complex income analysis.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
