Salesforce Solutions Architect (Salesforce)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and govern enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
• Drive technical strategy for complex, multi-org Salesforce environments.
• Define standards for security, integrations, customization, and maintainable architecture.
• Evaluate declarative and programmatic implementation approaches.
• Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead large Salesforce programs end-to-end.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant architecture or technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce data and sharing models, and platform limits.
• Hands-on experience with complex integrations, enterprise-scale security models, Salesforce DX, and DevOps tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credential.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Industry Clouds such as Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce features.
• Experience with multi-org consolidation or M&A integrations.
