Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid, 3 days in office, TU-TH)

Salary: $131,000–$260,000

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of motivated data and software engineers focused on social integration products.
• Oversee end-to-end development of large-scale distributed services and APIs that process billions of real-time transactions.
• Define engineering processes and structures to enable team growth and execution.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical guidance through design reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with executive-level management and external partners on critical business and technical matters.
• Optimize SDLC processes, including CI/CD implementation and production environment operations.

Requirements

• 9+ years of programming experience, specifically with Python.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with big data systems including BigQuery and Airflow.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles mentoring diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of distributed system technologies, standards, and protocols.
• Experience with DevOps practices including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office).

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in Online Advertising technology.
• Expertise in dbt.
• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
