What you will do

• Lead and grow high-performing platform and infrastructure engineering teams.
• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for internal developer platforms and infrastructure modernization.
• Own core infrastructure services including CI/CD, identity management, networking, and observability.
• Champion infrastructure-as-code and AI-assisted automation to reduce operational overhead.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, and IT leadership to align platform capabilities with business priorities.
• Establish best practices for reliability, capacity planning, and incident response.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering or infrastructure organizations.
• Proven expertise in scaling internal platforms within complex multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation (Terraform/Ansible), and Linux systems.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, networking, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with SRE practices such as SLIs/SLOs.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted automation in infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
