TL;DR

Marketing Analyst (SQL/Power BI): Building and maintaining a business intelligence platform to support digital initiatives and marketing strategy with an accent on actionable insights and reporting solutions. Focus on analyzing complex datasets using SQL, benchmarking channel performance, and optimizing CRM bonus campaigns.

Location: Austin, TX, US. Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship

Salary: $73,500 - $136,500 per year

What you will do

  • Analyze complex datasets using SQL to deliver actionable insights for digital initiatives and business decisions.
  • Benchmark performance across multiple channels and platforms to provide recommendations for growth.
  • Evaluate CRM bonus campaign performance to help generate new marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and interactive market innovations to keep management informed.
  • Elicit analytical and reporting requirements from stakeholders and collaborate with Product Owners for delivery.
  • Coordinate projects and requirement elicitation between the company and external vendors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Business Analytics focusing on strategy, operations, and data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
