What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets using SQL to drive business decisions for digital initiatives.
• Benchmark performance across multiple channels and provide growth recommendations.
• Evaluate CRM bonus campaign performance and suggest new campaign strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and innovations to keep management informed.
• Elicit and document analytical requirements in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Coordinate project requirements between the Lottery and external vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Business Analytics.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and complex SQL queries.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Pivot, Power Query, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Power BI reporting tools.
• Strong ability to gather and document internal and external client requirements.

Nice to have

• Gaming analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.
