What you will do

• Own the multi-year roadmap and strategy for foundational platform services to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Drive the execution and delivery of APIs and shared services used by internal product teams.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify customer pain points and prioritize product investments.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and Technical Writers using Agile and Design Thinking processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches.
• Represent platform needs and the competitive landscape to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of Software Product Management experience building platform services, shared APIs, or developer-facing capabilities.
• Technical proficiency in APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven fluency with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude) for research and analysis.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and experience managing SaaS or PaaS products.

• Experience working in healthcare technology.
