What you will do

• Contribute to the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap to support business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of SaaS products from definition and planning through release and outcome validation.
• Develop detailed user stories and requirements via Jira, grounded in domain knowledge and user insights.
• Manage and refine product backlogs, balancing priorities and exploring technical trade-offs with engineering.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market activities, including positioning, demos, and collateral.
• Support Sales and Customer Success by resolving client inquiries to improve product adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise software product leadership with a proven record of scaling SaaS products in complex domains.
• Deep customer empathy and ability to translate market insights into measurable business value.
• Technical acumen to guide teams through architecture, design, and implementation trade-offs.
• Experience shaping AI-enabled or data-driven products.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Calgary, AB office.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
