What you will do

• Run recurring customer sessions to surface ground-level realities and align system builds with business needs.
• Build interfaces, automations, data models, and integrations to translate solution visions into working systems.
• Leverage AI across all delivery phases to build efficiently and reinvest time into customer engagement.
• QA work against actual user behavior and create reusable build patterns to extend impact.
• Manage the gap between designed solutions and real-world application, providing persuasive trade-offs to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role with direct accountability for system outcomes.
• Hands-on technical depth in building complex systems with forms, automations, and data models.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
• Proven ability to master complex platforms quickly and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Deep integration of AI into daily building, testing, and documentation workflows.
