What you will do

• Lead services scoping with senior stakeholders to define clear deployment paths.
• Partner with Sales to position services and shape deals for maximum customer value.
• Translate business and technical requirements into accurate Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Design AI-powered customer experience solutions that go beyond replicating legacy workflows.
• Assess deal complexity, including migration and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure delivery feasibility.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, solutions, or customer success.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Proven track record in creating accurate, customer-ready SOWs.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner with Sales teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI automation, integrations, and change management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and C-level executives.
