What you will do

• Take ownership of the full spectrum of customer lending strategy, from data mining to risk analytics.
• Lead the development and automation of customer insight reporting and portfolio monitoring.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of champion/challenger testing and report findings to the Credit Forum.
• Collaborate with risk and control teams to ensure robust operational delivery and governance.
• Lead strategic projects to enhance decisioning sophistication and customer lifecycle management.
• Present complex analysis and strategic recommendations to senior committees.
