What you will do

• Own and oversee the group-level third-party risk framework, ensuring alignment with firm standards and regulatory expectations.
• Manage the full third-party lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, renewal, and exit strategies.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Information Security, and Data Privacy teams to integrate risk considerations into business decision-making.
• Define and maintain group-level risk metrics, key risk indicators, and management information for senior governance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing risk team within a first-line GRC operating model.
• Drive awareness and accountability for third-party risk management across all delivery and operational teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in third-party risk management, outsourcing risk, or operational risk within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, lifecycle management, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to embed risk controls into technology delivery and operational processes.
• Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
• Experience leading teams and acting as a subject matter expert in a first-line ownership model.
