What you will do
- Own and oversee the group-level third-party risk framework, ensuring alignment with firm standards and regulatory expectations.
- Manage the full third-party lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, renewal, and exit strategies.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, Information Security, and Data Privacy teams to integrate risk considerations into business decision-making.
- Define and maintain group-level risk metrics, key risk indicators, and management information for senior governance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing risk team within a first-line GRC operating model.
- Drive awareness and accountability for third-party risk management across all delivery and operational teams.
Requirements
- Significant experience in third-party risk management, outsourcing risk, or operational risk within a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, lifecycle management, and regulatory expectations.
- Proven ability to embed risk controls into technology delivery and operational processes.
- Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
- Experience leading teams and acting as a subject matter expert in a first-line ownership model.

- Experience operating within a large financial services enterprise with global third-party arrangements.
- Exposure to cross-border outsourcing and global supplier landscapes.
- Understanding of dependencies between third-party risk, operational resilience, and data protection.
