What you will do

• Lead, coach, and train staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain a pipeline of excellent talent.
• Cultivate strategic client relationships and maintain transparent communication regarding operations, policies, and industry best practices.
• Optimize operational aspects of programs, including the implementation of automation, improved processes, and optimal staffing models.
• Oversee the development and approval of client billing and report on overall program results.
• Supervise departmental activities, including interviewing, selecting staff, and managing performance standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Chesterfield, MO, USA.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a patient services role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Product Management, or Strategic Account Management.
• Ability to accommodate 10% - 25% travel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
