Marketing Events Manager

What you will do

• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and regional events across the US, Canada, and LATAM.
• Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, shipping, registration, and booth materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Communications to align messaging and lead-capture processes.
• Handle budget tracking, create supplier profiles, and manage PO numbers in the enterprise system.
• Track event KPIs, lead volume, and engagement metrics to compile post-event reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events or field marketing.
• Proven experience supporting trade shows or corporate events.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago office (Hybrid).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 20–30%).
