Location: Remote from Poland, Spain, or the United Kingdom, or onsite/hybrid in Warsaw or Barcelona

What you will do

  • Design and evolve group-wide compensation frameworks, including job architecture, salary structures, and STI/LTI programs.
  • Lead M&A remuneration assessments, from due diligence to post-acquisition integration.
  • Drive a structured benchmarking approach to maintain a competitive edge across international talent markets.
  • Own core compensation processes, specifically annual salary and bonus reviews.
  • Drive Pay Transparency initiatives, including the implementation of the EU Directive and pay gap analysis.
  • Support the Remuneration Committee by preparing Board-level presentations and scenario modelling.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation/total rewards within an international or multi-entity environment.
  • Solid knowledge of job architecture, levelling, base pay structures, and equity/share-based programs.
  • Demonstrated experience building and operating total rewards frameworks across multiple countries.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and compensation systems.
  • Experience in fast-moving, creative, or tech-driven industries like gaming or media.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
