What you will do
- Design and evolve group-wide compensation frameworks, including job architecture, salary structures, and STI/LTI programs.
- Lead M&A remuneration assessments, from due diligence to post-acquisition integration.
- Drive a structured benchmarking approach to maintain a competitive edge across international talent markets.
- Own core compensation processes, specifically annual salary and bonus reviews.
- Drive Pay Transparency initiatives, including the implementation of the EU Directive and pay gap analysis.
- Support the Remuneration Committee by preparing Board-level presentations and scenario modelling.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation/total rewards within an international or multi-entity environment.
- Solid knowledge of job architecture, levelling, base pay structures, and equity/share-based programs.
- Demonstrated experience building and operating total rewards frameworks across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and compensation systems.
- Experience in fast-moving, creative, or tech-driven industries like gaming or media.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
