What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of large enterprise clients to ensure positive and consistent relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and client retention.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to challenge and improve existing internal processes for the benefit of the customer.
• Identify growth opportunities through the cross-sell of value-added services.
• Coordinate with relationship managers and other departments to ensure proper operational arrangements for assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in client support.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong aptitude for analyzing and solving complex problems.
