What you will do

  • Lead and develop the regional Relationship Management team to ensure consistent service delivery and commercial performance.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for the region, resolving complex client issues and supporting team members in stakeholder management.
  • Drive structured upsell execution and maintain accurate reporting and forecasting for the regional pipeline.
  • Ensure team adherence to internal processes, CRM hygiene, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams and internal stakeholders to support customer success and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or relationship management within the cards and payments industry.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and managing high-risk clients.
  • Deep expertise in credit/debit card solutions, transaction processing, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of leading strategic discussions with senior client leaders.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing Tier 1 clients.
  • Strong understanding of high-risk vertical business models.
  • Experience with dispute and fraud management products, specifically Verifi and Ethoca.
