TL;DR

Sr Client Success Manager (Fintech): Developing growth and retention strategies for strategic clients using TouchNet solutions with an accent on value-driven relationship building and contract renewal. Focus on aligning product capabilities with client business directions and salvaging at-risk accounts.

Location: Must be based in the USA and reside within a reasonable commuting distance to one of the company's office locations for occasional on-site presence.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute growth and retention strategies for a portfolio of strategic clients.
  • Conduct regular outbound meetings to align TouchNet solutions with clients' campus commerce business processes.
  • Build and present high-level business and account reviews to senior-level decision makers.
  • Mentor and train junior Client Success Managers on effective relationship building and conversation techniques.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product, Sales, Support, Service, and Implementation teams.
  • Gather and provide customer feedback to TouchNet CAB and PAB leadership to drive product improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management.
  • 5+ years of experience with TouchNet products.
  • Proven success in managing strategic account portfolios and maintaining high client retention rates.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Support and implementation of software/hardware in an enterprise-level environment.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
