What you will do

• Own regional sales performance, setting strategic priorities and identifying systemic risks.
• Lead from the field by coaching Senior Field Sales Managers and conducting execution audits.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, promotions, and performance management.
• Determine territory strategy and resource deployment to meet aggressive growth targets.
• Ensure compliance and operational integrity across all regional sales activities.
• Escalate critical issues proactively to the Head of Sales to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Nigeria.
• Proven experience in field sales leadership, specifically managing managers across large, dispersed teams.
• Background in fintech, FMCG, telecoms, or consumer finance.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret scorecards, trends, and data-driven strategy.
• Demonstrable experience in building high-performance cultures and managing underperformance.
• Ability to operate in a high-accountability, high-volume environment.
