Focus on building a robust pipeline, closing commercial agreements, and generating revenue through a dedicated partner portfolio.

Location: Remote-first, with a strong preference for candidates based in West Africa, particularly Nigeria.

What you will do

  • Identify and approach high-potential partners across the West African market.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to signed agreement and revenue generation.
  • Grow and maintain an existing partner portfolio through regular engagement and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and legal teams to onboard partners and their clients.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic feedback to Africa leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within fintech, payments, or RegTech.
  • Strong existing network in West Africa, with a specific focus on Nigeria.
  • Proven track record of signing partnerships that directly generate revenue.
  • Ability to negotiate independently at the C-suite level.
  • Self-directed, high-output, and accountable professional.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Francophone West Africa.
