What you will do

• Analyze business systems, data flows, and user needs to define improvement opportunities.
• Develop AI-assisted requirements and process definitions for transactional and API-based systems.
• Partner with developers to clarify requirements, validate assumptions, and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Document requirements for payment, billing, and reporting processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Define acceptance criteria and validation conditions to support QA and stakeholder testing.
• Act as a liaison between clients, operations, and technical teams to ensure functional alignment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside within 30 miles of the Lincoln, NE office.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Proficiency in reading API specifications and interpreting JSON/XML payloads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements.
