What you will do

• Manage day-to-day activities of the onboarding team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Oversee pipeline tracking and prioritize workloads to meet business demands.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Distribution, Legal, Compliance, and Investments.
• Act as a point of escalation for onboarding risks and operational challenges.
• Support hiring, training, and professional development of team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and client experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in onboarding, implementation, or client service operations.
• Solid understanding of investment products and asset management onboarding processes.
• Proven experience managing or supervising teams within the investment management industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational processes and drive team-level improvements.
