Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 yearly

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day activities of the onboarding team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Oversee pipeline tracking and prioritize workloads to meet business demands.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Distribution, Legal, Compliance, and Investments.
- Act as a point of escalation for onboarding risks and operational challenges.
- Support hiring, training, and professional development of team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and client experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in onboarding, implementation, or client service operations.
- Solid understanding of investment products and asset management onboarding processes.
- Proven experience managing or supervising teams within the investment management industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational processes and drive team-level improvements.
