What you will do

• Assist in the execution of event marketing campaigns and create marketing collateral.
• Support the sales team with lead generation and pitch preparation.
• Participate in logistics planning and provide on-site support for events.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with industry experts and internal teams across different departments.
• Engage in a structured 1-year rotational program to gain comprehensive industry experience.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, or marketing.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passionate about the events industry and career growth in event management.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Chinese.
• Familiarity with event management software.
