Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan (Hybrid role requiring onsite event support).

What you will do
- Co-develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and channel mixes aligned with business goals.
- Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to meet CPA/ROAS targets.
- Manage website content, landing pages, and SEO/SEM initiatives to drive discoverability and conversion.
- Oversee email marketing automation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Brief and review creative assets and social media content calendars.
- Track performance using GA4 and provide actionable reporting on KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
- 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B events.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Experience with CMS (WordPress) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to work flexible hours and attend onsite events as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with webinar platforms like Zoom or ON24.
- Familiarity with CRM processes (Salesforce) and lead scoring.
- Basic data visualization skills and A/B testing experience.
- Experience managing agencies and media/creative procurement.
