TL;DR

Assistant Marketing Manager (B2B Events): Driving integrated, data-informed marketing campaigns to grow audiences, registrations, and brand awareness for exhibitions and conferences with an accent on digital performance, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation. Focus on executing multi-channel campaigns, managing agency deliverables, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan (Hybrid role requiring onsite event support).

What you will do

  • Co-develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and channel mixes aligned with business goals.
  • Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to meet CPA/ROAS targets.
  • Manage website content, landing pages, and SEO/SEM initiatives to drive discoverability and conversion.
  • Oversee email marketing automation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Brief and review creative assets and social media content calendars.
  • Track performance using GA4 and provide actionable reporting on KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B events.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and GA4.
  • Experience with CMS (WordPress) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and attend onsite events as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with webinar platforms like Zoom or ON24.
  • Familiarity with CRM processes (Salesforce) and lead scoring.
  • Basic data visualization skills and A/B testing experience.
  • Experience managing agencies and media/creative procurement.
