What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Taiwan ETFs aligned with business goals.
• Implement impactful online and offline marketing campaigns, with a focus on social media and events.
• Collaborate with the ETF product team to create influential marketing messages across digital channels.
• Partner with sales teams to establish joint priorities and strategic alignment.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, legal, and compliance.
• Monitor industry trends and optimize digital assets to improve client experience and meet KPIs.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in marketing within an ETF asset management company or financial institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Must hold Certificate of Financial Markets and Professional Ethics, Senior Securities Specialist, and Senior Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• BA degree in finance or marketing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple concurrent assignments.
