What you will do

• Own and lead the global user acquisition strategy across multiple game titles and markets.
• Define budget allocation, channel mix, and scaling strategies based on CPI, LTV, and ROAS targets.
• Develop and execute UA plans for soft launches, global launches, and live operations.
• Drive creative iteration and A/B testing to improve ad performance and scalability.
• Analyze marketing performance data to build dashboards and actionable growth strategies.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams while managing relationships with external agencies.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in User Acquisition with a strong focus on mobile game marketing.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ad networks.
• Deep understanding of mobile marketing metrics including CPI, LTV, ROAS, retention, and conversion funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate data into marketing strategies.
• Passion for gaming with a solid understanding of player behavior and market trends.
