What you will do

• Participate in a 1-year Graduate Trainee program with rotations across Sales, Marketing, and Event Operations.
• Sales rotation: support the sales team, generate leads, prepare pitches, and contribute to sales targets.
• Marketing rotation: assist with event marketing campaigns, create marketing collateral, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance.
• Event Operations rotation: work on logistics planning, on-site support, and event management.
• Work closely with industry experts and mentors, collaborating on projects throughout the program.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in building a career in event management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken Vietnamese and English; being fluent in Chinese is a plus.
