What you will do

• Develop and implement customer and channel-specific marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
• Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Execute nationwide trade shows, events, and customer engagement programs.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and customer data to inform product positioning.
• Manage the marketing budget, tracking KPIs and ensuring strong ROI.
• Coordinate Vietnam-specific product artwork with Regulatory and Global teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer marketing or product branding, specifically within B2B food or food ingredients industries.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables), and Word.
• Must be based in Vietnam for on-site work.
• Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills.
