What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data integration and migration projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate business, IT, data, and vendor teams to ensure successful execution.
• Drive data migration planning, testing, validation, and cutover activities.
• Ensure compliance with CSV and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide executive status reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic
• Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager in data integration and migration.
• Strong understanding of data management, data flows, and system integrations.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments.
• Solid knowledge of CSV/CSA methodologies and validation requirements.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with data platforms, ETL/integration technologies, or cloud-based data solutions.
